Using "Vintage Banner" denim from the 1920s and 1930s, uncut threads are extracted and, based on Kurabo's analysis, blended with brown cotton to match the uneven texture of American cotton used in the era. The result is an authentic recreation of the original thread structure and weaving. This 7.3 × 7.3 warp/weft brown cotton blend selvedge denim is crafted to produce vintage-inspired garments that capture the character and essence of 1950s denim.
