At CULTIZM, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact, and include the completed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
