The Denime Lot 233-66B represents the darker side of vintage denim heritage - a masterful interpretation of the iconic Type III jacket, reimagined through the lens of the XX Series. Crafted from Kurabo’s 7.3×7.3 selvedge black denim, this fabric draws from “Vintage Banner” cloths of the 1920s–1930s, where uncut threads were carefully extracted and analyzed to replicate the irregular, soulful character of early American denim. Using a brown cotton blend warp and weft, Kurabo faithfully recreates the depth, uneven texture, and warmth of true vintage yarns.

This special edition employs sulfurized medium white yarns, producing a black denim that reveals subtle brown undertones and a soft, time-worn fade with wear. The result is a jacket that bridges precision Japanese weaving with the rugged authenticity of the original Type III silhouette.
